How it works
- Once your order is placed please send the photo you’d like us to work from to maisieandmurphy@gmail.com- please ensure the photo is face on of your pet and that their ears are clearly displayed.
- We will draw a simple line illustration of your animals ears and send to you for approval.
- We will embroider your sweatshirt
- Pack in our plastic free packaging and post out to you
- Enjoy !

Any additional pets on the same sweatshirt will be charged at an additional £5 each. Please note each additional pet will make each individual set of ears smaller.
*We have a limited space to embroider within so please bear this in mind, the shape of your animal(s) in the photo will affect the final embroidery size. Max embroidered area is 4x4 inches * however as standard this design will be approx 2x1.5 inches
The embroidery will be in the centre below the neck cuff unless otherwise requested.
Custom colours- We cannot guarantee we will be able to source the colour you are looking for- please keep an eye on emails as we may email you with an alternative solution.

As these are made to order (to reduce waste) the position of the embroidered design on the sweatshirt may vary slightly. We de-thread these ourself meaning that there may be a few small loose threads.
Please allow up to 14 business days for us to make your order- we will try to ship before then!
