Shipping Enquiries

processing time is the amount of time we need to make and prepare your order before it is posted- this is currently 21 days.

 

UK Shipping

All UK orders will be sent Royal Mail 2nd class SIGNED FOR. This provides confirmation of delivery and buyer and seller security against lost or damaged parcels. This does require the recipient to be available to sign for the order on delivery or the parcel will be held at your local depot until someone is available to sign for the parcel. Please use the tracking information to arrange redelivery or follow instructions on the red card left to collect your order.
Your shipping method can be upgraded on request for the appropriate cost.

Shipping Outside the UK

USA

All USA orders will be sent Royal Mail TRACKED. This provides confirmation of delivery and buyer and seller security against lost or damaged parcels. Parcels may require someone to be available to accept the delivery or the parcel will be held at your local depot until someone is available to collect.

CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL CUSTOMS AND DUTY IMPORT TAXES

Please be aware delays are common shipping from the UK to USA. Your parcel can take up to 3 weeks to reach you (longer in some instances. Please be patient it will be on its way !)

Wrapped in acid free tissue paper inside a fully recyclable cardboard PIP box.

Paper mail sacks secured with Self adhesive biodegradable paper tape.
Fully Recyclable, Biodegradable & Compostable
Manufactured in the UK from brown kraft paper sourced in the UK / EU.

MAKEUP BAGS AND PENCIL CASES
Wrapped in acid free tissue paper inside a ‘do not bend’ cardboard backed envelope and sealed with Self adhesive biodegradable paper tape.

MUGS
We reuse our mug packaging. We are Reducing our carbon footprint by using materials again instead of discarding.
Secured in cardboard protection and wrapped with re-purposed bubble wrap.
